Hutchison, Senior Trainer
"Hutch" received his BA degree in International
Relations from Georgetown University where he was also a
varsity letterman in football and lacrosse. Hutch began
his training career in 1987 when he joined Robbins Research
International, an international training company, as a Regional
Sales Manager and Trainer. Because of his success as a Regional
Manager and Trainer, he was promoted to the position of
Vice President of Sales and Marketing. In his role as VP
of Sales and Marketing, Hutch led the company to record
sales growth.
While at Robbins Research Hutch personally conducted hundreds
of trainings in North America, Europe and Australia.
In addition to his training experience, Hutch has also
held several sales and sales management positions in high
tech companies. Hutch began his high tech career with EDS
in 1984. After Robbins Research, Hutch joined Interactive
Telesis as its Vice President of Sales in 1997. In 2000
Hutch became the Director of Channel and Strategic Accounts
teams for SpeechWorks International. In 2002 Hutch joined
software startup Vocalocity as Vice President of Sales and
grew the company's revenues from $0 to a run rate of $25+
million in only two years.
